Tokyo and the Yamaha Ginza Shop

After a 13 hour direct flight from Pearson International I am excited to experience the Japanese Culture. To explore the ways of a nation and to get a glimpse and perhaps begin to understand the character of this country. My dear readers I am only here for a week so for this city girl the activity that will allow the quickest snapshot.... SHOPPING! The Ginza district in Tokyo is one of the finest shopping districts In the world! The streets are lined with the finest names in fashion and design. All the recognizable global names are here, and of course, so is Yamaha.
The Yamaha Ginza store has seven floors, including a Yamaha Music School, a concert hall, a floor dedicated to sheet music, another for woodwinds and a beautiful piano showroom.
Ron Giesbrecht, Manager of Piano Technical Support at Yamaha Canada checks out the concert grand piano in the concert hall.
